Personal Profile

Priscilla is the Head of the Real Estate and Conveyancing Practice Group at the Firm. She handles a broad mix of agricultural, commercial and residential property matters with a growing portfolio and expertise in new build properties, acting for developers in site acquisition and subsequent unit sales for both commercial and residential developments. She has a diverse portfolio of clients including businesses engaged in international trade, private individuals, companies and public sector bodies whose real estate needs vary in type and size.

Priscilla is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public with the High Court of Zimbabwe, who holds an LLB Degree from the University of Cape Town (2012), and a Master of Laws from the University of London (2016). She commenced her career as General Counsel and Company Secretary in aviation. During this time, she gained an appreciation and understanding of the aviation industry, handling regulatory matters and interacting with Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) and its regional counterparts, regional banks, financiers and entities in the aviation sector. Priscilla then ventured into private practice with a Harare law firm, where she harnessed her practice with a particular focus on commercial law and litigation. She is also a legal tech start-up founder, having established a digital platform aimed at improving the accessibility of lawyers to the Zimbabwean public.

Having initially joined Titan Law as an Associate, she has gained vast experience in the areas of Commercial Transactions and litigation, Mining Law, Investments and Corporate Advisory. Over the years, she has represented clients with regulatory and compliance matters, various agreements, the establishment of corporate structures and exit strategies. She has also advised on demergers, assisted multi-million foreign investors in their applications for licences with regulatory authorities such as ZIDA and POTRAZ, and has been counsel for the Firm’s corporate clients in litigation in the High Court. Her work has seen her swiftly elevated to the role of Partner, where she now heads the Firm’s Property, Real Estate Development and Conveyancing Practice Group.

Priscilla is a wildlife conservation enthusiast, photographer and enjoys playing golf.
